Az nVidia control panelben a Profiloknál-ben kell a beállításoknál adaptívról átállítani max.-ra (nem windows-t használok, így már nem emlékszem mi volt a pontos neve, bocs).
Megvan. Itt, de a második fülön, a Program settings-nél keresd ki a witcher 3-at, és ott állítsd át, ne globálisan.
