EASY SOLUTION:
To adjust FIFA 15 on PS4 if it is too "zoomed in" and appears to go off your screen...Just go into the PS4 MAIN MENU area (NOT the FIFA menus)..then go to--SETTINGS--SOUND AND SCREEN--DISPLAY AREA SETTINGS and "Shrink" the display area down to the minimum size allowed using the left stick or down button on the left D-pad. Then press 'X' to save it.
FIFA should work perfectly after this--and will take only 10 seconds to change. Now I can't guarantee this with every game, but changing this setting hasn't affected any other game that I've tried. They still look normal and fill the entire screen as they should (but some TVs may be different). But even if you do need to change it back for any reason, again, it will take just 10 seconds and you don't need to quit a game to do it. So Good luck!
