  sziasztok, visszaküldtem Pandának egy telefont, mert kb 1 hét után nem töltött. most rákérdeztem, hogy áll a dolog, azt válaszolták, hogy:

  your device need to replace a new Vice-plate end plug ,but they said it is beyond the scope of maintenance for free
  they could only repair without replacing any repair parts
  you have to pay $18 for replacing a new Vice-plate end plug.

  then we will inform the factory repair your device quickly
