    If a case is closed in the buyer's favor, you can appeal the decision within 30 days by providing supporting documentation.

    Here are some situations in which you might appeal a decision:
    • If you haven't received the returned item yet
    • If there's an issue with the returned item
    • If you have already provided tracking information showing the item was delivered
    • If you already issued a refund
    • If the buyer filed a chargeback

    To appeal a decision, please follow the steps below:
    1. Go to your My eBay.
    2. Click Send an appeal.
    3. Select the appeal reason from the drop-down menu.
    4. Include more details in the text box (optional).
    5. Click Send appeal.

    Please note that you can only appeal a case which has been closed against you. You are unable to appeal a case which is still open or has been closed in your favor.

    If a decision is reversed, we'll repay you any refund sent to the buyer. Please keep in mind that listing or other fees won't be refunded.
