  Public Test 0.6.4 Round 2 - changes:

  "For Admiral Hipper, Hindenburg, Prinz Eugen, and Roon, the thickness of the fore end plating, aft end plating, superstructure plating and respective decks was increased from 25 mm to 27 mm.
  These changes are aimed at improving survivability and combat efficiency of the cruisers. The said hull parts can now withstand hits by HE shells with a caliber of 152 mm and 155 mm. The 27 mm armor is capable of effectively counteracting the previously "guaranteed” armor penetration ability of 380 mm and 381 mm AP shells."

  For Shimakaze, Yugumo, and Zao, the detectability range of Type F3 torpedoes was reduced from 1.9 km to 1.8 km.
  For Shimakaze, the detectability range of Type93 mod. 3 torpedoes was reduced from 1.9 km to 1.7 km.
