  After you have contacted the seller and requested an invoice:

  After you have contacted him with the info provided, you will need to give him at least 24-48 hours to respond because there might be a high volume of requests for this particular game. Within 24-48 hours he will send you a Paypal invoice for this particular game for $14.99 USD.

  After payment is made, he will then email you copies of the cd keys (ROW) "Rest of the World" which is an English copy, and no different then buying from Wal-mart or any other store in America. He will send you the cd keys only so that you can put it into your Steam account. This is 110% legit and real.
