  No, that is what I am charging for postage, it is not open now for negotiation.
  
  If you felt that it was too expensive you should not have bid on my auction. I expect you to pay for the item according to the contract you have
  formed with myself and ebay.
  
  If you intend to dispute this there are procedures for doing so though as I have already stated I will not negotiate a discount.
  
  Please confirm your intention to pay for the item as agreed in the contract and when I can expect payment for your purchase.
  
  As I have stated previously PayPal would be the best method.
