As I understood in the water is cesium hydroxide (CsOH) not elemental cesium. That's a big difference. When I saw this video I expected an explosion.

Sorry for the mistake.
Consider, however, how radioactive a single gram of elemental Cs137 would be (natural Cesium is, of course, not radioactive). One gram of Cs137 would have a radioactivity of 3.214 terabecquerels per gramMy skin would peel off lol
The amount of Cs137 in the glass is about 1.1512×10^-8 grams
