  "Heroic Difficulty Lockouts
  Heroic difficulty has much tighter restrictions in place. This is to prevent heroic boss farming. Firstly, heroic lockouts cannot be combined, even if you’re on the same progression or less than the second group. So for instance, if you killed Morchok, Zon’Ozz and Yor’sahj on heroic you would not be able to join another raid group working on heroic Hagara. Additionally if you chose to start a heroic group at Hagara using your raidlock out, anyone not with you from the original heroic group would no longer be able to start their own heroic group. They would then receive a message saying the instance has been cleared, or they are saved to however many bosses you continued with your group. If group 1 kills the first 3 bosses on heroic and calls it for the night, and then splits into 10 groups to try to down more content later, only the first person to do the content would be able to continue with the lockout, the other 9 people or groups would be required to switch to normal because that heroic lockout is saved to those heroic bosses. "
