  Confirmed on ESO Live! The cap will stay VR16 when Orsinium is released, and ZOS will talk about the removal of veteran ranks altogether after the release of the next DLC. Also on ESO Live:
  Tabbed guild banks and guild bank permissions are coming next year, maybe with the Dark Brotherhood DLC.
  New weapon types are something that may be done in the far future but not in the near term.
  Murkmire has not been abandoned. It's been put on hold as the dev team are swamped with other projects. (See what I did there?)
  A new trial is in the works.
  Jason sucks at bowling.
  Guards, aside from player guards, will never become killable.
  You will be given 2 set items instead of 1 in the next Monday patch from IC trophy vaults.
  In the next few months, ZOS will be looking at access rules for IC.
  ZOS is working on scrolling combat text, buff/debuff indicators and name plates. Will be available in the very near future.
