  A következő hivatalos stabil (nem béta) OPPo UDP-20X gyári FW az alábbi fontos újítást fogja tartalmazni, végre megoldva a 21:9 megjelenítés korábbi hiányosságait:

  The new firmware adds 3 choices of 21:9 Aspect Ratio implementation, which are not yet included in the Manual. The choices are between swapping lenses, using a fixed lens, or cropping/masking down. Pick the one that matches the way your 21:9 setup is configured. Whichever you pick, you will also need to use the Zoom button to specify whether the content you are watching at the moment should be treated as 16:9 content or 21:9 content.

  Now, exactly what these three new Aspect Ratio choices do (and do differently) with either of the Zoom button choices is much *MUCH* easier to grasp if you just try it and see for yourself, rather than trying to explain it in words. (There is actually a 3rd Zoom choice as well to "Fill" the screen without preserving aspect ratio.)

  So at this point, I'll leave this as an exercise for the reader. Just try them and see. It's actually pretty easy to grasp. And even if you only have a 16:9 screen and are just curious, you'll get the idea of what these new Aspect Ratio modes are doing pretty quickly.

  Szintén az új FW új DolbyVison "motort" kap, és lesz még sok más fontos újítás is (4 fajta HDR->SDR konvertálás is, ami már a mostani 56-os bétában is benne van). Várhatóan az új FW-hez új CFW is készül majd.
