  Elvileg kéne neki, de többen írják, hogy nem tölt a Classic kikapcsolt állapotban. Tele a CB fórum ezzel.
  Mások szerint úgy tölt, ha már eleve töltőn lévő telefont kapcsolsz ki. Amúgy miért kell kikapcsolni? Ott a repülőgép mód.

  This is a software issue that will be addressed in an upcoming update to the BlackBerry 10 software.
   
  Until this update is available, to recharge your device when it has run out of battery life, perform the following:
   
  Connect the charger, that is plugged into an outlet or computer, to the BlackBerry smartphone.
  Turn on the BlackBerry smartphone by pressing the Power key for 1-10 seconds, until the LED turns red which will initiate charging.
  Once the LED is red, the Power button can be released and the device will begin charging
