  "I played on my setup for a minimum of 3 years without a problem. This week I received the anniversal patch for Win10 and patched D3 as well. Since then I have no sound in game. All other games work fine as ever - maybe it is related to the windows update.

  Look in your D3-Folder in the D3Debug.txt
  there are lines with FMOD Errors:

  I switched to onboard sound (Realtek HD Audio) this is working so far."

  A lap alján a kék pár játékosnak jót tett. Nekik is a tiedhez hasonló perverz hardverkombója volt.
  "1.Go to the Control Panel.
  2.Open the Sound settings.
  3.Right click on the default device and select Properties.
  4.Select the Advanced tab.
  5.Set their Sample Rate to the 16 bit, 44100 Hz (CD Quality) option found in the drop down menu.
  6.Click on Apply and OK, and test out the game."

  Vagy a felette levő sufnituning megoldás?:
  "temporary fix
  going in to setting and disable sound blaster enhancment on soundcard
  no error and sound works"
