  Lenovo A750-re a megoldás a következő volt, gondolom működik A60-ra is (xda-ról idézem, ezért angol):

  "I had problems with my Lenovo A750 to install runkeeper app. I found out, that the network location apk and some google maps files are missing (even with Google maps installed). So I did the following (on a rooted phone):

  1. Searched for the CM gapps zip (mine is 2.3.6, so I downloaded the CM7 gapps, hopefully the same works for 4.0.3 with the CM9 gapps).
  2. Found the following 3 files: com.google.android.maps.jar, com.google.android.maps.xml, NetworkLocation.apk
  3. I uploaded the 3 files to the sdcard.
  4. With the ES File explorer I moved the files to the following directories:
  /system/framework/com.google.android.maps.jar；
  /system/etc/permission/com.google.android.maps.xml；
  /system/app/NetworkLocation.apk
  5. Set permission to: rw- r-- r-- (I don't know if it is necessary or not, but I did it that way)
  6. Reboot

  After that my runkeeper app worked!
