  Where the brush is packed in the package, is where the second brush is.
  Either way please do not worry, I can send you another brush head.
  However it is The Royal Wedding weekend and I cannot post it until next week.

  Sorry to bother you again, I have just looked at the other Oral B 1000 toothbrushes I have.
  It seems there are two brush heads in some packages & only one in others (I know this makes no sense)
  Could you please read the side of the box your toothbrush was sent in, it will tell you there if there should be 1 head or 2 in the package?
  I did put in my listings description 2 brush heads, and I will stand by this.
  I have now redone my ebay description as 1 brush head.
