  Egy elég vicces, de egyben szomorú válasz jött a supporttól:

  "Hi,

  After checking on our server, we are unable to locate your MAC ID connecting to our key server.

  This meant that your C-200 fails to authenticate correctly with our key server. This is usually cause by hardware issue with the encryption engine on the CPU.

  Unfortunately offline update to 110530 is impossible as your unit needs to be connected to our key server for authentication."

  És a "megoldás":
  "The only way to resolve this issue is to send back the main board to our RMA center in Hong Kong and they will need to replace the faulty CPU. The repair cost is US$50.00 which includes the return shipping fee. You will only need to ship your mainboard back for RMA.

  Otherwise, you may wish to stick to the current firmware as this issue only affects firmware update.
