    Dear D3m3nt0r_HUN,

Thank you for contacting the Wargaming.net Customer Support!

I'm sorry to hear that you did not have luck with the Matchmaking. I completely understand how frustrating this can be.
However, as customer support we can't directly influence the Matchmaking system. It was developed to make interesting, but also balanced battles. You can read more about it in the following links:

What I can suggest to you is the following - always try to remain calm, even when your team is losing badly or you are having a loss streak. It happens to everybody (I have not been spared either) and getting angry at the game will not help you out.
Actually the direct opposite will happen. When you are frustrated or angry at the game, there is a bigger chance that you will make rash decisions, which will only lead to more anger and frustration.
The best way to influence the game is to keep a cool head and to help your team out where ever that is most needed.

Coordinating and trying to work together with your team is another way that you can easily achieve victory. If you play "lone wolf", in almost all cases this will lead to a disappointing end of the battle for you. Always try to reinforce the lines where this would have the biggest strategic and tactical impact.

As long as you follow these simple rules, I can guarantee that you will see an increase in the number of victories that you achieve.

I think, that this article may be interesting for you.

I wish you a wonderful day and much success on the battlefield!
