    For delivery issue:

    Please tell us the order number and non-received item number(sku).

    For quality issue:

    1.Tell us your order number and the item number you are having problem with.

    2. Please describe the problem is with your item in detail.

    3. Please send us clear picture of defects

    4. It would be appreciated that you could shoot a video and send the video to email: support@gearbest.com and inform us in the next reply of this ticket.

    5. Tell us it is a doa (dead on arrival) item or it is faulty after use.
