    I am sorry to hear that you have been charged for the free trial for our Uplay Plus Service.

    Please be advised that, we ask for a payment method to prevent interruption of service after the free trial. We do this by sending an authorisation request to your financial institution, to verify that your payment method works. Our team is currently investigating this issue.

    The deducted funds, should be back to your account which you used for the payment once the authorisation hold has been lifted.
