"If you play in JP voice.
When the gang meet Sephiroth on the highway.

Barret says: "Temē sakki..." - You SoB from before...
Aerith cut Barret' line and says: "Chigau" - It's not true / wrong
    (EN localization got this wrong)

This makes me believe there're two Sephiroths and this Sephiroth wasn't the one that stabbed Barret and Aerith sees through him.

In the last scene with Cloud, Sephiroth uses pronoun "ore" instead "watashi". Both mean I, me in Japanese.
For those who don't know, the war hero Sephiroth used to call himself "Ore" before Nibelheim incident.

In the Japanese releases, Sephiroth uses the pronoun ore prior to his insanity, a common masculine pronoun used by confident males. Following the Nibelheim Incident, he begins to use watashi, a more formal pronoun that is genderless in formal context, likely because he now sees himself as superior to everyone else.
He' only used "watashi" ever since.

But after absorbing Abiters of Fate he's started using "Ore" again.

"Wareware no hoshi wa are no ichibu ni narurashī" - Our planet will be part of it once day
"Ore wa kieta kunai" - I don't want to disappear
    "Omae o kes***aku wanai" - I don't want you to vanish / I don't want to vanish you
