  To find installed licenses in your environment
  1 On the Tools menu, click Backup Exec License Assessment Tool.
  2 Follow the on-screen prompts.
  See “Adding licenses” on page 137.
  See “Viewing license information” on page 136.

  To view license information
  ◆ Do one of the following:
  Do the following in the order listed:
  ■ On the Help menu, click About Symantec
  Backup Exec for Windows Servers.
  ■ Click License Information.
  To view license information from

  Do the following in the order listed:
  ■ On the navigation bar, click Devices.
  ■ Select the media server from the tree view.
  ■ Under General Tasks in the task pane, click
  Properties, and then click License
  Information.
  To view license information from
  the media server properties
  The License Information dialog box provides the following information:
  Option Name of the available Backup Exec options.
  Displays Yes if the option is licensed on the media server. Displays
  No if the option is not licensed.
  Licensed
  Displays Yes if the option is installed on the media server.
  Displays No if the option is not installed.
  If the option is installed, it may still require some additional
  configuration.
  Installed
  Lists the following statuses:
  ■ Available
  ■ Expired
  ■ N/A
  If the option is under evaluation the remaining number of days
  in the evaluation period appears.
  Evaluation
