A Square-Enix közzé tette a Just Cause 2 hivatalos gépigényét, amitől sokan nem lesznek boldogok, ugyanis a korosodó, de még mindig stabil pozícióban lévő Windows XP operációs rendszer nincs a támogatottak listáján. Vagyis minimum Vista vagy Win 7 szükségeltetik a játék futtatásához. Az XP kihagyásának legfőbb oka, hogy az nem támogatja a DirectX 10-et.
Megjelenni március 26-án fog PC-re, PS3-ra és Xbox360-ra, a hivatalos gépigényt pedig lentebb megtaláljátok.
